Fully funded scholarships for international students in the USA cover expenses such as books, housing in an EWC dormitory, and health insurance for University of Hawai’i graduates. EWC Graduate Fellowship 2025 Benefits:

EWC Graduate Fellowship 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants from countries listed as eligible for the program are welcome to apply.
  • A 4-year Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is required for all applicants.
  • The degree must be accredited by either a U.S. institute or a recognized higher education institution abroad. A GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 is a minimum requirement for all applicants.

  • If you are a University of Hawai’i student, please apply directly to EWC.
  • Ensure to upload all required documentation.
  • If you are not a University of Hawai’i student, you should apply to UH.
  • After submitting an application to UH, also apply to EWC with the necessary documentation.
  • UH will assess the application and communicate the decision to EWC.
  • The final decision will be made by EWC.
